  • Identity Verification Information: Aadhaar Card Number, Aadhaar Card Front Image, Aadhaar Card Back Image.
  • Authentication Information: One-Time Password (OTP) sent to the registered mobile number for secure login verification.

Information is collected directly from contractors when they:

  • Register through the App
  • Submit verification documents
  • Log in using OTP authentication

5. Aadhaar Information Handling

Aadhaar information is collected solely for manual identity verification of contractors.

  • We do NOT access or fetch data from UIDAI servers.
  • We do NOT perform any Aadhaar-based government authentication.
  • Aadhaar details are used only for internal identity verification.
  • Aadhaar information is not used for profiling, analytics, or marketing.
  • Aadhaar data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
  • Aadhaar information is reviewed manually by authorized personnel only.
  • Access to Aadhaar data is strictly restricted.

  • Basic contractor data (Name, Mobile Number, Address) is stored securely in our internal CRM system.
  • Identity documents are stored securely and accessible only to authorized personnel.
  • Data transmission is protected using secure HTTPS encryption.
  • We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal data.
7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT sell, trade, or rent personal information. Information may be disclosed only if required by applicable law or valid legal request.

We retain contractor information only as long as necessary for verification, business operations, and legal compliance.
